  • Shampoo the Scalp. Washing your hair is essential. But the way that you rinse your hair plays an important role in its overall health.

Only use shampoo on your scalp. Washing the ends of your hair can result in hair looking dull and the ends drying out. Dry ends can, in turn, become split and unhealthy.
