This also depends on the longer context. Users can now input up to 25,000 words of text into GPT-4. GPT-4 can even respond to a text on a web page if you send it a link. According to OpenAI, this can assist in creating long-form content and ‘extended conversations.’
Even images can be received by GPT-4 for interaction. On the GPT-4 website, a chatbot is shown an image of some baking ingredients and asked how they can be used. It is unclear if the video can also be used in this manner.
The GPT-4 is also said to be significantly safer than the previous technology. As a result of OpenAI’s own internal testing, the AI was reported to produce 40% more factual responses and 82% fewer requests for disallowed content. Limitations Still Exist

Can You Use GPT-4 in Bing Chat?
In the beginning, Microsoft claimed that Bing Chat would be more potent than ChatGPT. However, as OpenAI’s chat uses GPT-3.5, it was conceivable that Bing Chat would use GPT-4. Interestingly, Microsoft has now affirmed that Bing Chat is actually built on GPT-4.
However, visual input wasn’t available on Bing Chat, so it’s unclear which features have been incorporated.
Though Bing Chat is a much-improved version of ChatGPT than its current version, it is limited to the training it received until 2021, which is clearly a huge improvement.
Aside from internet access, the AI model used for Bing Chat is much faster. Search engines require this if they are to be taken out of the lab and used as part of their search results.
Revolution or Evolution?
Having built on the success of ChatGPT, GPT-4 will be even more impressive in ChatGPT Plus. You’ve probably already experienced it if you’ve tried out Bing Chat. It won’t be anything revolutionary.
Before the launch of GPT-4, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman commented in a StrictlyVC interview on YouTube with Connie Loizos that people were expecting to be disappointed with GPT-4. However, Altman also expressed concern about the potential for AGI to disrupt global economies and suggested that gradual and well-planned changes would be more favorable than sudden advancements.
According to Altman, GPT-4 will represent an evolutionary step rather than a revolutionary one, and ChatGPT’s next version will not be an AGI. Moreover, contrary to certain rumors, it will not have 100 trillion parameters.
